Anything under 12mm deep — coasters, boards, wall panels, jewellery — use Clearcast. Anything thicker, or anything with a real object inside it, use Abyss deep-pour: it runs cool so it won't crack or brown an inclusion. For bezels under 3mm, Domeguard UV cures in ninety seconds and saves you mixing entirely.

Yes, with three habits: nitrile gloves every single time, cross-ventilation in the room, and never using solvent to clean resin off your skin. Epoxy is a sensitiser — repeated exposure can trigger a permanent allergy. Our Studio Safety Set covers all three properly.

Yes, to most countries. Liquid resin ships by surface freight under dangerous-goods rules, so international resin orders take 12–18 days and cost more than you'd expect — pigments, moulds and tools ship by air and arrive far faster. The cart will show both timelines separately.

You configure the piece here and place a booking deposit, we come back within two working days with a studio brief and a firm quote, and nothing is poured until you've approved it. From there you get a photo update at every major stage and the piece ships insured, signed and dated.

Tableware and jewellery run 2–4 weeks. Wall pieces are 4–7 weeks. Preservation work is 8–10 weeks from the day your flowers arrive, because pressing alone takes nine to twelve days. Furniture is 10–14 weeks. Priority pour roughly halves those where the process allows it.

Usually, yes. Send the photograph or a fabric swatch with your brief and we'll pour a physical sample chip before committing to the piece. Exact matching to a paint code is harder — resin has depth, so a colour reads differently at 3mm and at 14mm — but we'll tell you honestly before you commit.

Within 72 hours of the day, ideally sooner. We send a packing kit and a prepaid label the moment you book. Keep the flowers cool, dry and out of direct sun — and do not refrigerate them, condensation is the single fastest way to brown a petal.

They'll go faintly ivory. That's the cellulose, not the technique, and no studio can prevent it — anyone who promises otherwise is going to disappoint you. Everything else holds colour remarkably well, and we photograph the bouquet on arrival and send you a layout image before the final pour.

Unopened supplies can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Opened resin can't be returned for safety reasons, but if a batch fails to cure we'll replace it and cover the piece it ruined. Commissioned and personalised work isn't returnable once poured — which is exactly why nothing is poured before you approve it.

On supply orders over ₹2,499 anywhere in India. Commissions include insured white-glove delivery in their price. Oversize pieces — anything above 900mm, and all furniture — are quoted separately because they ship on a pallet.

Wipe with a soft damp cloth, nothing abrasive and no alcohol-based cleaner. Keep it out of prolonged direct sunlight — our resins are UV-stabilised but nothing is immune forever. Tableware is wipe-only, never dishwasher. Full details are in the care guide.
