Booking places your piece in the studio queue and reserves the slot. We come back within two working days with a firm quote and a sample chip — and nothing is poured until you approve it. Full refund if you change your mind before the pour.

This is the piece we're most careful with, because it can't be re-made.

You courier the bouquet to the studio within seventy-two hours — we send a packing kit and a prepaid label the moment you book. We photograph everything on arrival so you can see exactly what we received. The flowers are then silica-pressed over nine to twelve days, sealed against wicking, and set in Abyss deep-pour, which runs cool enough that nothing browns.

We'll send you a layout photograph before the final pour and we won't proceed until you've said yes to it. If a stem doesn't survive the press — occasionally one won't — we tell you before, not after.
